OPINION

RICHARD BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the decision of the trial court entering a final judgment finding that Appellees are entitled to judgment and declaring a certain road in Hudspeth County to be a public road. For the reasons stated, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
