Ray Charles Smith (hereinafter, "Movant") appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 post-conviction motion without an evidentiary hearing. We dismiss Movant's appeal pursuant to the escape rule.

Movant pleaded guilty to one count of tampering in the first degree pursuant to Section 569.080.1 RSMo (2000). Movant failed to appear for sentencing after being released on bond pending the results...
