[¶ 1] In February 2004, a Natrona County jury found John Michael Grissom (the appellant) guilty of three crimes: possession of methamphetamine (a misdemeanor); possession of marijuana (a misdemeanor); and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver (a felony). The appellant now appeals those convictions, claiming that his trial counsel were ineffective because they did not file a suppression...
