¶ 1 Ryan Lee Winings appeals his conviction of second degree assault while armed with a deadly weapon. We affirm.

¶ 2 On March 24, 2003, Daniel Warner went to Tracy Neitzel's residence to show him a sword that his employer had given him. Several people were present at the residence when Mr. Warner arrived, including Ryan Winings. Some of the guests were drinking, and Winings was heavily intoxicated...
