Appellants, Alon USA, LP and Alon USA GP, appeal from the trial court's judgment awarding the State of Texas damages for unpaid motor fuel taxes for the months of December 2000 and January 2001. The lawsuit involved unpaid fuel taxes for the months of September, October, and December 2000, and January 2001.
