This case centers on the applicability and effect of an "as is" clause in a commercial lease. Gym-N-I Playgrounds, Inc., leased a building from Ron Snider. Under the terms of the lease, Gym-N-I agreed to accept the building "as is" and disclaimed reliance on warranties and representations. After the building was destroyed by fire, Gym-N-I sued Snider, asserting various claims relating to the condition of the building...
