Alfredo Ornelas appeals a judgment of conviction following his plea of nolo contendere to assault with a deadly weapon, with an admission that he committed the crime for the benefit of a criminal street gang. (Pen.Code, §§ 245, subd. (a)(1) & 186.22, subd. (b)(1).)1 We affirm.
