Appellant was sentenced to two years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and assessed a $1,000.00 fine after the trial court found he had violated the terms and conditions of his community supervision. In a single point of error, appellant contends the trial court erred by refusing to hold a separate hearing on punishment and by denying appellant's motion for new trial...
