Plaintiff alleges that she was injured on August 2, 1996 while employed in construction work on the Madison Avenue Bridge, owned by defendant City of New York. She commenced this personal injury action against the City on or about October 6, 1997. Issue was joined in December 1997. Apparently, defendant also served a demand for a bill of particulars and a demand for discovery, because on or about April 23, 1998, plaintiff served on defendant a verified bill of particulars...
