This appeal brings before us the question whether the Land Court judge erred in concluding that the plaintiffs do not hold an implied easement to use as parklands four parcels of land, to which the town of Oak Bluffs (town) holds tax title, subject to the individual defendants' unforeclosed right of redemption. The plaintiffs also sought to permanently enjoin any sale of the parcels for residential development...
