BRYAN, Judge.
This is a divorce case. Willie L. Diggs ("the husband") appeals the divorce judgment insofar as it awarded him, in lieu of an interest in the marital residence, $20,000 to be paid by Queen Amos Diggs ("the wife") within 24 months from December 2, 2003, the date of the divorce judgment, with interest of 5% per annum.
