Tyrone Latrell Graham, along with his brother Sidney Antonio Graham, was indicted in September 1999 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-3-7 (Rev.2000), and capital murder, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-3-19 (Rev.2000).
