The State of Florida appeals the trial court's order that suppressed physical evidence seized from Pedro Antonio Marrero and inculpatory statements made by him subsequent to an investigatory stop of the vehicle he was driving. Because the trial court erred in finding that the officers did not have a well-founded suspicion of criminal activity sufficient to justify the investigatory stop, we reverse the suppression order, and we remand this case to...
