FARRELL, Associate Judge:

The Board on Professional Responsibility (the Board), rejecting the contrary determination by a Hearing Committee, concluded that respondent John H. Midlen, Jr. (Midlen) had misappropriated client funds within the meaning of Rule 1.15(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.1 Because the Board also concluded that he had done so recklessly, it recommends that he be disbarred.
