Larry Thompson, Sr. ("Defendant") was convicted of aggravated burglary and attempted first-degree murder. Defendant was sentenced, on separate occasions, to 30 years at hard labor for the aggravated burglary charge, and 50 years at hard labor for the attempted first-degree murder charge.
