Christopher Kennerson was sentenced to five years imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence upon conviction of possession of marijuana while in possession of a firearm, and two concurrent six month sentences for aggravated assault and possession of marijuana, respectively.
