Frank P. Cillo challenges the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentences pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). In his motion, Cillo asserts two claims. We affirm his second claim without comment. Cillo's first claim asserts that his sentence is illegal because it exceeds the statutory maximum.
