¶ 1 Appellant, James R. Johnson, appeals the order entered on May 27, 2004, denying his petition for relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. On appeal, Appellant argues that his guilty plea is invalid on the basis that his plea counsel rendered ineffective assistance in advising him concerning his eligibility for Motivational Boot Camp.
