A Winn Parish jury convicted Terrance Wayne Luke of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, contrary to La. R.S. 14:95.1. Luke was originally adjudicated as a second felony offender under La. R.S. 15:529.1 and sentenced to 25 years at hard labor without benefit of probation or suspension of sentence.
