Larry Hamilton appeals the denial of his postconviction motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Following a jury trial, Hamilton was convicted of second-degree murder and grand theft of a motor vehicle. In his postconviction motion, he raised several claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. The postconviction court summarily denied relief as to all claims. We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing on Hamilton...
