¶ 1 Michael and Sharon Wilcha (the Wilchas) and Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Nationwide) have filed consolidated cross-appeals to the trial court's order finding that Nationwide had a duty to defend in only one of the above actions. The Wilchas contend that Nationwide has a duty to defend both actions, while Nationwide asserts that it has no duty to defend in either action.
