The defendants appeal from the trial court's denial of their motions for partial summary judgment in which they sought the dismissal of the anti-trust claims brought by the plaintiff doctors. We affirm.

FACTS

On September 30, 2002, the instant suit was filed by Dr. Ralph Abraham, Dr. Randy Head, and Dr. Ron Morgan, who are general or family practitioners in northeast Louisiana. Named as defendants were Richland Parish Hospital Service...
