The plaintiff, David DeLeo, appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court, which directed a verdict in favor of the defendants, Edward Nusbaum, an attorney, and the law firm of Nusbaum and Parrino, P.C. The plaintiff claims on appeal that the trial court improperly: (1) directed a verdict in favor of the defendants; (2) determined that the plaintiff's testimony constituted conclusive evidence of his knowledge of the defendants...
