OPINION BY PANELLA, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, William A. Castelhun, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on December 29, 2003 by the Honorable William H. Platt, Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County. After careful review, we affirm.

¶ 2 From the spring of 1996 through the summer of 1998, the victim, J.T., lived in Slatington, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. At all times relevant to this case, J.T. was twelve to thirteen years old.
