This appeal arises from the trial court's granting of defendant, Marlow Trading S.A.'s ("Marlow Trading"), motion to dismiss based upon forum non conveniens. The trial court determined that Orleans Parish was an inconvenient forum for the proceedings and Panama or Honduras would better serve the parties involved. The appeal further arises from the trial courts grant of the partial exception of No Cause of Action and dismissal with prejudice...
