Royal Air, Inc. ("Royal") filed suit for collection of a check in the amount of $3,070.41 given to Royal by Pronto Delivery Service, Inc. ("Pronto") in payment for servicing an airplane leased by Pronto, but on which Pronto subsequently issued a stop payment order. Pronto answered and reconvened for damages.
