At trial, defendant did not raise his current argument that there was insufficient evidence of depraved indifference murder in that the only reasonable view of the evidence was that he intentionally killed the victim. Accordingly, this argument is unpreserved (People v Gray, 86 N.Y.2d 10 [1995]), and we decline to review it in the interest of justice. Were we to review this claim, we would find that the evidence with respect to depraved...
