This is a direct appeal from the final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County dismissing Appellant's petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part the order of the PCRA court and remand for a new penalty hearing...
