Chrysler Financial Company, L.L.C. ("Chrysler Financial") appeals the trial court's judgment setting attorney fees and costs based on the law suit and trial court judgment in its favor and against Gene Ducote Automotive, L.L.C. ("Gene Ducote") on an open account. For the reasons which follow, we affirm the December 3, 2004 judgment of the trial court awarding attorney fees of $13,312.90 and costs and expenses of $2,554.11.
