On April 16, 2002, the circuit court entered an order closing this case. This appeal arises out of the filing of a petition by respondent, Ti. O., to reinstate wardship and vacate a private guardianship that was instituted prior to the closure of the case in 2002. The circuit court determined that it lacked subject-matter jurisdiction to hear the petition, as the petition was filed more than 30 days after the closure...
