We affirm the final summary judgment entered in this case. Appellant, Asset Management Consultants of Virginia, Inc. (AMCI), argues that the court abused its discretion in refusing to permit it to file belated answers to requests for admission, and summary judgment was entered based upon those "deemed admitted" requests.
