On March 10, 2003, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Jonathan Washington, with two counts of simple robbery, pursuant to LSA-R.S. 14:65, and one count of theft of goods valued at over five hundred dollars, pursuant to LSA-R.S. 14:67.10.
