WILLIAMS, J.

The defendant, Timothy Warren Ledford, was charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(D)(1), and possession of drug paraphernalia, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:1033. After the trial court denied the defendant's motion to suppress, the defendant entered a plea of guilty, reserving his right to seek review of the trial court's ruling pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584
