¶ 1. Sanderson Farms, Inc. appeals the decision of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission, which granted Ralph Deering's workers' compensation claim. Deering was injured when he was attempting to load the wrapping foil in an Allpac machine, which is used to wrap packages of corn dogs.
