Plaintiff, Pekin Insurance Company, sought a declaratory judgment of its rights and obligations as to defendant, Anthony J. Hiera, who is seeking uninsured-motorist (UM) coverage under a policy issued by plaintiff for injuries he allegedly received in an automobile accident.
