¶ 1 Appellant, American Future Systems, Inc., d/b/a Progressive Business Publications ("PBP") asks us to determine whether the trial court's jury instructions and evidentiary rulings constituted error warranting the award of a new trial for defamation against Appellees, the Better Business Bureaus of Eastern Pennsylvania and Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
