REID, Associate Judge:

Appellant, Swain Griffin, entered a conditional plea of guilty1 to the charge of unlawful possession of marijuana, in violation of D.C.Code § 48-904.01(d) (2001). He challenges the trial court's decision denying his motion to suppress statements and tangible evidence. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
