STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") appeals the judgment entered upon the jury's verdict in favor of Krista Hennings in Hennings' action against Ricardo Flores and Allstate.

We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
