¶ 1. This appeal arises from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Hinds County on June 23, 2004. Linda Burt sought disability benefits from the Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS). The PERS Medical Board reviewed Burt's application, but subsequently denied her claim for disability benefits on July 27, 2000. Burt appealed that decision to the PERS Disability Appeals...
