This case concerns the proper timing and method for a purchaser of property at a foreclosure sale to seek to acquire actual possession of the purchased property from a mortgagor through judicial process. Empire Properties LLC ("Empire"), petitioner, purchased certain property at a foreclosure sale, a sale which subsequently was ratified by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, and Empire thereafter sought to acquire actual possession of said property...
