The defendant, Michael Fauci, appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered after a consolidated trial by jury, of three counts of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134(a)(4) and three counts of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 and 53a-134 (a)(4). He was sentenced to a total effective term of fifteen years incarceration...
