DiPENTIMA, J.

The plaintiff, Capasso Restoration, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing its complaint against the defendants1 for lack of standing. The plaintiff claims, inter alia, that the court improperly dismissed the case without holding an evidentiary hearing.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
