¶ 1 Appellant, Precision Airmotive Corporation ("Precision"), appeals from the order entered on May 5, 2004. This order granted a Petition to Enforce Settlement filed by plaintiff/appellee Albert D. Eigen ("Eigen"). The order also denied Precision's Petition for Relief. We affirm the order insofar as it grants the Petition to Enforce Settlement, and reverse the order insofar as it denies the Petition for Relief. We also remand for an evidentiary...
