OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Billy Groves appeals his sentence for intimidation as a class D felony.1 Groves raises one issue, which we revise and restate as:

I. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by classifying Groves's credit time as Class III; and II. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by denying Groves credit for time served prior to sentencing.
