This is an action for professional negligence brought by plaintiff George Kates against attorney James D. Robinson and the Law Firm of Spence, Payne, Masington & Needle (Spence, Payne) which resulted in a judgment in the amount of $485,000.00 against Robinson and Spence, Payne following a jury trial. Robinson and Spence, Payne appeal the Final Judgment. We affirm.
