In December 2004, the trial court adjudged Austin D. neglected. In January 2005, the court made Austin D. a ward of the court and removed custody and guardianship from respondent, Kristina Dison. Kristina appeals, arguing the trial court erred by (1) denying her motion to substitute judge, (2) adjudging Austin D. a neglected minor, and (3) finding it in the best interests...
