STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On March 13, 2001, Albert J. Morris ("Morris") and Stephanie Andrew ("Andrew") were involved in an automobile accident. Andrew was in the course and scope of her employment with Carquest Auto Parts ("Carquest") at the time of the accident and was driving a pick-up truck belonging to her employer. Morris was traveling on 17th Street in Metairie. Andrew was sitting in the pick-up truck in the driveway...
