Richard Mellish, II and Cleve Calhoun appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County (trial court) dismissing their petition to clarify or, in the alternative, to vacate a settlement agreement. The agreement sought to settle litigation instituted by Mellish and Calhoun against the Hurlock Neck Duck Club, Inc. to enjoin implementation of Club bylaws that they believed had been improperly adopted and, therefore, unenforceable...
