("the employer"), petitions for a writ of mandamus directing the Walker Circuit Court to transfer to Winston County an action brought under the Workers' Compensation Act, § 25-5-1 et seq., Ala.Code 1975 ("the Act"), by Bonnie Hicks ("the employee"). We deny the petition.
