The appellant, Thomas Lee Dedeaux, appeals from the circuit court's denial and dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim.P., in which he attacked his September 2001 guilty-plea convictions for burglary in the first degree, rape in the first degree, and sodomy in the first degree, and the resulting sentences of life imprisonment for each conviction. This Court dismissed Dedeaux's appeal from those convictions...
